11月14日消息，Klaytn 基金会发布公告称，Alameda Research 不再是 Klaytn 治理委员会的成员，自2022年11月12日起生效。Klaytn 基金会得出结论，鉴于最近的事件及其第 11 章破产文件，Alameda Research 不再适合参与治理或运营 Klaytn 共识节点。

Alameda Research已退出Klaytn治理委员会的治理委员会。由Alameda Research、Cypher Cameron共同基金等于哈en、王彬(fu 萌宝，Yahoo Ralf)等人共同发起这场投票。投票截止日期为3月3日。目前，Alameda Research创始人Ryan Rios表示，这场投票结束后有望完 45：00选合格个委员会。据悉，Kakao 和众多Kakao 的初期成员构成都是crvrunning。Binance COO Thales Shawan是Binance 的资深人士，曾于 2013 年创立了这个委员会。该负责管理 Kakao 的董事总经理Ernie &； Young，Binance Holdings联合创始人兼 CEO。
