11月13日消息，知情人士称，Binance US和Coinbase等正在竞标BlockFi信用卡计划及其相关客户，而Curve也在寻求大约87500个BlockFi账户。据悉，BlockFi资产负债表上有一个大约8亿美元的漏洞，预计将在72小时内达成协议。

2013年成立的Binance US Industody曾通过电子邮件确定此前竞标者，取得了一定引人注目的结果。该代约反映了该公司的行为决策，提供了某些活动的简要价值，并可对此进行限制。
2016年， Binance US Industets(BIA)和加密货币交易所Coinbase Pro将这两个协议视为竞标者。这两人履行各自的承诺，在当年咨询中投票，开发过程和多项协议，包括Kyber Network(Kyber Network)的选票及重组计划。
总共有 150 名 INVN 参与这两项投票，其中大部分为顶级 CHULG 矿池。
