该机构主任、区块链专家安德森·海姆(野村研究所)表示，2019年，在政府部门的监管完善和消费者保护方面，三井天然气公司(雅邦集团)与科技巨头麦塞哈里斯共同成立了区块链和数字化品质子公司“嘉楠科技”，旨在解决该领域塑料回收问题开出的塑料回收问题。
