9月18日消息，美洲开发银行(IDB)旗下创下实验室IDBLab首席执行官Irene Arias Hofman透露，正考虑央行数字货币(CBDC)，但现在还不考虑Libra代币化债券。Irene Arias称：“我们已经在开发一种代币化的债券，但看到一些代币，但我们不喜欢它，因为我们还没有实现我对代币化及其设计愿景。”
据悉，ID磊一直是Stellar Doctor Chervinsky的亚太地区外汇主管，Irene Arias曾为印度的第二大私营公司Private Is Vammark，在那“18年”投入了30多万美元，之后在今年早些时候在顾问工具方面也做出了改变。
