10月28日消息，资产管理公司Simplify向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交交易所交易基金(ETF)申请，该ETF将追踪《1940年企业》提出的全面710亿美元的交易基金。基金经理Mark Bruno同时表示，押注此类基金是一种投资，而且类似于股票，且自《1940年企业》以来一直对Simplify的ETF表现出信念。Simplify的CEO Nicolas Stecradi表示，将投资GBTC的理由归功于该基金，该基金是为了密切关注Simplify的发展，Simplify本月晚些时候可能将开始抛售。
