互操作性协议LayerZero建立在二层网络上，为用户提供端对端的LayerZero交易服务。LayerZero对外部署在以太坊上，该托管协议结合以太坊的特点，以简化开发者和部署新的DApp的过程，例如允许节点执行链下交易、允许节点在主网进行链上交易、创建钱包、发行币种等。
