据相关报道，专注于加密货币的风险投资公司Spice VC已出售其在加密基础设施公司 Blockdaemon 和另类投资平台 Securitize 的部分股份。
Blockdaemon1. Capital 的首席信息官Annabelle Werthana表示，目标是拥有其知识产权、监管许可和流动性，同时保留获得监管批准的权利。
Spice 投融资服务主管Hart Forsgorenholz表示：“我们将继续与我们的投资组合进行接触，并继续为其富有的人寻求进入市场的机会。”
Spice 平台是一所具有建设经验的数字资产交易所，该交易所没有提供 OTC(场外交易)的许可证，所以很难确定其底牌。
另外，官网还显示，Blockdaemon目前有12，850个客户——其总共提供了250万美元的交易费，约占29%。
