It is reported that Signature Bank, a cryptofriendly bank, announced that Joseph J. Depaolo, co-founder, president and CEO, plans to transform into a senior consultant in 2023. Eric R. Howell, the chief operating officer, will replace Depaolo as president from March 1, and continue to serve as the chief operating officer and board member.
